A collaborative retail space in the heart of Charleston supporting businesses and entrepreneurs.

Palmetto Row Collectives was created with a simple vision; to provide local entrepreneurs with a professional retail presence in one of Charleston’s most recognized corridors.

The concept was designed to remove barriers often associated with traditional storefront ownership and create a structured, supportive environment where businesses can grow alongside one another. 

​

Commissioned by the City and Charleston for its MWBE Resource Center, constructed utilizing the city's own minority and women owned business enterprises, and built to showcase the natural beauty offered by locally sourced materials, this project is a shining example of the enduring impact of community collaboration.
